A SPRING POEM
To celebrate the beauty of the spring blooming Magnolias, BOUCHRA has created SUSAN, a 30cm high cylindrical cake enhanced with a white pearls texture made with royal icing piping and adorned with a sumptuous composition of sugar magnolias branches. Delicate petals and moving branches, renewal of buds, the Maison creates a harmony between asymmetry, depth and the combination of modern minimalist textures to reveal a poetic universe around the quintessence of nature. SUSAN continues to transport us to the taste buds with an exquisite almond cake filled with a delicate raspberry cream flavored with geranium flower.
