Inspired by a creation by Ben Young, the Maison has reinterpreted the sculpture by creating this 30 cm high sculpted cake resulting from a clever mix between the concrete texture and the sparkling effect of the aquatic depths. Evoking the depths of the ocean, AQUA presents clean and contemporary lines associated with the transparency of aqua blue material and invites wonder and emotion.
A journey extending in terms of taste with many layers of our signature chocolate and walnut cakes embellished with crispy praline and delicate praline cream.
