Material. Gesture. Detail. Emotion.

Always, the same intention:
to create something that makes us pause,
look differently,
and feel a sense of wonder.

Not a cake. A tribute.

At the @hotelducapedenroc , I had the honor of designing a piece for the greatest guitar collector in the world — on his wedding day.

A 3D sculpted guitar, imagined as an ode to elegance and meaning.

Crafted in silence. Shaped with emotion.

Every petal, every curve, every thread of gold whispered their story:
of love, of music, of soul.

This is what I create now — not desserts, but ephemeral works of art.

Thank you to those who see beyond sugar.

➰ Would you have imagined this was made of edible matter?

Carte blanche.

There is something deeply precious about being given complete creative freedom.

For an exceptional private celebration in Riyadh, I was entrusted with imagining a monumental sculptural cake, guided by my own artistic vision.

I wanted to create a feeling of lightness and delicacy, with translucent petals unfolding in a swirling movement, almost like a dance.

A composition where the material seems to come alive, carried by an invisible breath.

Every detail was considered, down to the bespoke cake knife and server, specially designed and personalised for the occasion.

What I cherish most about such commissions is the trust behind them.

The freedom to imagine.
The beauty of creating something truly singular.
And the privilege of bringing it to life.

Where architecture meets sugar poetry.
Layers of delicate textures, rising like a dream in motion. ✨

What detail catches your eye first – the flowers, the height, or the light?

I don’t create to please.
I create to reveal.
A presence, an emotion, a truth that words can’t reach.
Here, sugar becomes language, alive, refined, unexpected.
Each piece is a work of heart,
crafted to awaken joy, rekindle the senses,
and leave a quiet mark on the soul.
It’s how I choose to move the world:
through beauty, meaning, and love.
