Few years ago, I created Pristine. A piece born from a desire for grace and challenge.
I wanted to explore lightness, movement, purity… and to break the rules.
Even today, this creation embodies something essential in my work: the art of silent motion.

Designed like a couture gown, this piece is a concentrate of purity, fashion, and motion.
Floating tiers defy gravity. Sculpted white wafer paper swirls like fabric in mid-spin, while delicate sugar sweet peas dance with grace.
A one-of-a-kind creation , sculptural, ethereal.
A fleeting moment, suspended in time.

✨ Some moments deserve to be immortalized… ✨

When @jean_charles_vaneck contacted me to create a unique piece for a marriage proposal at Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte, I knew this cake had to be more than just a dessert. It had to be a moment suspended in time, a treasure within a treasure.

Inspired by the legendary Fabergé eggs, I designed a masterpiece that was both an ode to imperial craftsmanship and a deeply personal tribute to the couple’s story.

💍 A pure white egg, adorned with delicate hand-sculpted golden moldings.
🌿 Lily flowers, her favorite bloom, crafted in sugar to symbolize purity and devotion.
🐘 Golden chocolate elephants, forming a noble pedestal, a tribute to strength and wisdom.
🕰 An intricate golden clock, marking the exact time of their very first date—a memory forever engraved.

At the heart of a sumptuous floral scenography, the egg stood as the centerpiece of this dreamlike moment. Then, as the groom gently opened it, the magic unfolded… The egg revealed a delicate pedestal inside, holding the engagement ring, bathed in soft golden light.

A hushed silence. An overwhelming emotion. A love story forever sealed in this one-of-a-kind creation.

For me, creating is never just about aesthetics. It’s about capturing emotions, transforming fleeting seconds into everlasting memories. Because some moments deserve to be more than a story—they deserve to become art.

I love contrasts.
